Guarantee

1.    Any duty fee, bank cost and shipping cost will be paid by the buyers at EXW term ;

2.   Goods is tested well before shipping with normal warranty policy by Crestech;

3.   Crestech is exonerative for defective products with misoperation and terrible shipping ;


4. Crestech do only take the limited warranty for our products , do not assume joint liability.

 

Order Process

1. Sent your enquiry list or order list to our sales email ;

2. Our sales will communicate with you and sent a Performa Invoice within 24 hours;

3. We will arrange to manufacture your order ,after getting your payment copy or bank slip ;

4. Goods will be send out after testing ,and tracking number will be sent for check ship.

1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) : common way of payment for orders over $1,000 to $49,999

2.Western Union : common way of payment for orders over $1,000 to $49,999

3.Paypal  : Most common way of payment for trail order less $1,000

4.L/C: common way of payment for orders over $50,000

 

100% TT in advance for less $5,000 order , 30% TT in advance and 70% balance before shipping for more than $5,000 order .

Warranty Policy

The Refund Period : Crestech will offer refund after buyer fill Warranty Bill with enough proof of defective details from our products and no misoperation ;

Replacement Period: We will send you a replacement without extra charger, after we receive the defective item.

Defect Liability Period : You can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee.

WarrantyProcess

1. Buyer will contact with sales , fill and sent Warranty Bill with pictures or vide proof ASAP , when some products is defective ;

2 .The sales should take all files to engineers department for analysis and assess within 8 hours;

3 .The engineers departs should offer Report within 24 hours ,after got Warranty Bill from sales;

4.If the product is confirmed with original defect, Crestch will arrange replacement ones in 7 days .
